Local managers (Administrative and Project Managers, Dev. and QA Leads) manage primary engineering and development teams and report to the senior management (Director of Operations and Development). The engineering team is composed of full-time staff (Web/Mobile Developers, Cloud/System Architects, DevOps and QA Engineers). Additional staff members include UI/UX designers, SEO/ASO, and Digital Marketing.
Ar3Tek localizes project managers
to define the necessary engineering positions needed during the project research and estimation and requirements phase then the special expertise required during the development phase all the way through to the project completion and sign off. Ensuing that project milestones and management reporting is provided to hit pre-defined / pre-estimated time and budget limits.
